Read maker vault balances across all markets
Every market the owner has a maker book on, with the same balances GET /v1/maker/account returns for one market, sorted by market address.
Markets where the owner has no book are omitted rather than returned as zeros, so rows here carry no exists flag; that belongs to the single-market form, which answers definitively for a market with no book. Quote balances are projected the way the program will settle them, so a book with a deferred reprice reports its true split and not the stale stored values.

Query Parameters
Maker of record — a wallet, or an ArcherAccount PDA. Passing a wallet whose ArcherAccount owns books, instead of the account address, returns 400 INVALID_PARAMS naming the account address to use, rather than an empty result.
Response
Balances per market, possibly empty.
Base tokens free to withdraw / lock into new asks (human units).
Base tokens locked behind resting ask orders.
"u8tnfCb1JSSghuNFquQ2beStYgAN1kmd1f1Lhxbaec4"
