List a user's open limit orders
Projects the owner’s live on-chain maker book into limit orders. On-chain is the source of truth. Only limit-order (kind=LO) books are projected; market-maker (MM) books are excluded.

Query Parameters
Owner / maker wallet. Passing a wallet whose ArcherAccount owns books, instead of the account address, returns 400 INVALID_PARAMS naming the account address to use, rather than an empty result.
Optional market filter; omit to scan all markets.
buy, sell Filter to a resting state. open = resting with no scoped fills; partially_filled = resting with scoped fills; expired = resting but the book's expiry_in_slots window has lapsed (aggregators skip it). Terminal states (filled / canceled) are only visible via GET /v1/order/status since they have no resting level to project.
open, partially_filled, expired Response
Open orders.
